CSA is a great way to eat healthy and increase your intake of vegetables, which is how Forefathers Farm began!
What is CSA?
Its called Community Supported Agriculture, or CSA, and it creates a direct relationship between farmers and customers
How it works:
Members sign up, agreeing to purchase a subscription for farm produce in advance of the season.
What you get:
You receive a regular supply of fresh, in season, chemical free, locally grown produce. Lots of staples and always something new or unusual to try

Ok, so whats in a share?
You can expect to receive a wide variety of vegetables throughout the season, such as turnips, onions, lettuce, mesclun mix and salad greens, carrots, cabbage, cucumbers, tomatoes, watermelon, summer squash, beans, peas, potatoes, beets, peppers, leeks, broccoli, corn, and much more! We run from mid June to the end of October, 18 to 20 weeks in total. Pick up locations in Smiths Falls, Franktown, Carleton Place, Kanata
